Ribollir dei Tini
Ribollir dei Tini (literally bubbling vats) is more of a party: the joy of the new wine, get together, sing during the grape harvest! Like a time when our grandparents came together to harvest the corn, harvesting the grapes, to harvest the olives, the work was accompanied by songs that punctuated the time and created a peaceful environment, in
the end we stayed together to enjoy products of our land.
Now, as then, we work, sing and eat together to relive those experiences that should not disappear because they are the foundation of our traditions.
At this festival guests of the farm are invited.
Ribollir dei Tini is the vintage.
During the harvest in fact, guests can take the grapes and become an integral part of the
tradition and of our farm.
The activity is recommended for people who love wine, nature and want to get closer to the traditions and being outdoors with friends.
Olivando
In October and November are engaged in another activity of the farm: the olive harvest. The olive grove is located on a hill where you can admire a magnificent panorama. We will use nets to spread under the trees and combs to scrape the olives from the branches. The entire
day will be on the hills with picnic lunch, while every 3-4 nights we will go to the mill to grind the olives.
Olivando will help to participate in picking olives in the farm, to know the various stages of oil production and remain in contact with nature.
Participants will stay in the accomodations of San Bernardino del Lago with full board treatment.

The riding center tries to realize your dream with an unforgettable experience riding in nature. The riding center also organizes individual trekking upon request. A hot air balloon ride to discover the romantic charm of this medium.
