mission of San Bernardino is to produce
genuine and
natural products, with no preservatives, no dyes or chemical enhancers of flavors.
From the garden and our land we
select tomatoes, eggplants, artichokes, olives, etc that to be devoted to conservation glass.
These are characterized by
high selection, to
full ripeness on the plant, the
timeliness of storage, built on the same day of harvest, ensuring their
freshness.
The methodology of conservation is characterized by the ophthalmologist dosage of processing times to meet the needs that the product requires to give
excellent results in order to maintain the integrity of the product
purity and goodness of flavors, as well as
the wisdom of the Tuscan tradition requires.
All our
pickles contains only San Bernardino Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Tomato Sauce
The best tomatoes are picked at the height of their maturity among those who have reached the maximum potential organoleptic and nutritional qualities.
Our tomato sauce is genuine, simple and uniqie, testing it you will realize the difference.
Jams and Marmalades
We produce various types of jams resulting from the fresh fruits of the farm such as plums, cherries, strawberries, apples and others.
Salted Olives & Pickle Olives
Specially processed green and blacked olives.

Pickles and In-Oil
In-oil zucchini, in-oil eggplant, in-oil peppers and other in-oil and pickles products are regularly products in our farm.
