Tastings and truffle hunting tours
To get in touch with the beauty and uniqueness of the truffle-world, and live the scents, colors and flavors, we organize tastings and guided tours to look for white truffles.
The most exciting experience for a fan of truffles or for those who want to know the precious tuber is to go with a hunter and his dog in the woods in search of it, guided only by instinct and intuition of the animal that are matured in years of experience.
Day dedicated to the truffle
The Day in is divided into 3 main parts. The first part is devoted to the theory, with explanations on the history, origin, birth, cultivation, use in cooking and mycorrhization of the tuber. In some case we also show the training of dogs and puppies.
The second part is a visit with Gianluca or an expert truffle hunter in the woods accompanied by his trusty friend: the dog.
We also show the cultivation of black truffles.
The third part is a tasting of truffles and products of San Bernardino.You can buy truffles and products of the farm.
