The Palmerini Pietrelli family always aims to preserve the environment and protect it from poachers and environmental criminals. This and the conservation of thypical Tuscan products project, include the conservation of underwood and forests that contain the natural fine white truffle.

In the presence of natural truffle you can request a special authorization to the competent authorities to turn the truffle area in a natural protected reserve. In our 50 hectares of virgin forest we have 4 natural reserves of fine white truffle.
